firstly , ty for applying ministry with u friends.

if u read our guild policy , i think u should know if u are going to join us u mightnot get any loot within 3 weeks if our raider need it first . secondly. we farm some 25ppl raid boss a while already, and we already have a stable 25 raider team, even u guys gear is ok , we still cant promise u can get inv for every raid in fact. most of ppl cant stand withour raid inv for a while, that is the main things.

btw: ministry is a chinese basement guild. there are lots of chinese in guild and we speak chinese on vent always, but we also take australian or other place players in raid too and they like to raid with us too, if u guys can understand that and have patient on waiting inv for raid, welcome u.
